Laboratory Supervisor opportunity in Hudson Valley, NY.

This is a leadership role with a well-established multi-specialty medical practice, offering the opportunity to stay hands-on in the lab while leading day-to-day operations.

Highlights:

• Salary: $93,000–$104,000
• Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm
• Full-time, onsite position
• Approximately 50% bench work / 50% leadership
• Supervise laboratory staff and daily operations
• Work in microbiology, histology, cytology, urinalysis, FISH, and more
• Lead quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and process improvements

We're looking for someone with:

• NYS Medical Technologist License
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of Medical Technologist experience
• Previous laboratory leadership experience preferred
• Histology and/or microbiology experience is a plus
