Patient Access Associate (FT; Days) - Lakeside Hospital

As a Patient Access Associate in our clinic, you welcome patients, schedule appointments, handle check-ins, and make sure patient information is accurate and secure. You help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for-especially when they're feeling stressed or unsure.

You'll work closely with providers and clinic staff to keep the day running smoothly, all while building a career in a supportive, growth-focused healthcare environment.

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients in person and by phone

• Schedule and check in patients for clinic visits

• Register patients and verify insurance and demographics

• Scan documents and verify coverage

• Explain financial responsibility and collect payments when appropriate

What You Bring:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinic

Minimum Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
