Assists patients with establishing payment plans and ensures compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements. Follows standard operating procedures and collaborates effectively with team members and departments. Meets performance standards related to quality, collections, customer service, and productivity. Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, familiarity with patient access systems, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma (additional healthcare coursework preferred). Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases. Works second shift, including weekends, in a night shift role, with no driving required. Salary range: $17.77-$25.88 per hour. Union position.
