Patient Access Coordinator (PAC)

RCMS is looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) to help patients successfully navigate referrals, authorizations, and access to care. In this role, youll be a critical part of the patient experience, helping remove barriers, reduce delays, and ensure patients dont fall through the cracks.

What Youll Do

  • Coordinate patient referrals and prior authorizations
  • Help patients understand next steps and access needed care
  • Communicate with providers, specialists, insurance companies, and internal teams
  • Track and manage referral workflows to avoid delays in treatment
  • Support patient portal communication and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records while protecting patient confidentiality
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-based healthcare environment
