What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop Patient Access teams Manage departmental operations, budgets, and performance metrics Drive process improvements and enhance patient and physician satisfaction Oversee staffing, coaching, performance management, and employee development Ensure compliance with Orlando Health policies, Joint Commission requirements, and industry standards Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and operational teams across the organization Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related experience 4+ years of Patient Access/Patient Financial Services experience 1+ year of supervisory, lead, or preceptor experience required Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills Why Orlando Health?
