In this role,youllhandle a variety of clerical duties related to outpatient testing, emergency, and hospital admissions, including verifying insurance and securing pre-authorizations. Youllcontribute to the smooth functioning of the admissions process while ensuring patients receivetimelyand respectful service. Key Responsibilities Perform clerical tasks for outpatient, ER, and hospital admissions Register patients andassistwith pre-admission processes Obtain insurance pre-authorizations as needed Notify insurance providers of patient admissions Support department managers with assigned tasks Provide backup for hospital telephone operator and emergency call system Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
