ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates excellent customer service skills by providing a patient-friendly and pleasant registration process to ensure that patient and family needs are met in a timely manner. Responsible for accurate registration of patients, communication of policies, financial responsibilities, and Patient Rights and Responsibilities according to clinic operating procedures. Ensures compliance with JCAHO regulations and other regulatory agencies. Works under the supervision of the clinic manager/supervisor or designee. QualificationsJob Requirements: High School/GED. Basic computer skills.Preferred Job Requirements: One year of prior experience in an office setting and customer service.
