Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Register patients accurately for inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and specialty services.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements.
  • Collect and update patient demographic and financial information.
  • Explain patient financial responsibilities and assist with payment collection processes.
  • Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge-related registration activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Previous healthcare registration, insurance verification, billing, or customer service experience preferred.
Qualifications:

Education: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 

  • Two (2) years of customer service OR healthcare related experience preferred.

License/Certification: 

  • None
