Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Register patients accurately for inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and specialty services.
- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements.
- Collect and update patient demographic and financial information.
- Explain patient financial responsibilities and assist with payment collection processes.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge-related registration activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Previous healthcare registration, insurance verification, billing, or customer service experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Two (2) years of customer service OR healthcare related experience preferred.
