Patient Access Representative to support a high-volume Cancer Center call center in Los Angeles, CA. This individual will handle approximately 50+ inbound calls daily and serve as a primary point of contact for patients.

Responsibilities include answering and triaging patient calls, providing facility directions and parking information, coordinating with clinic staff when patients are running late, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, assisting with referrals and follow-up care, responding to voicemails and emails, managing work queue items, and collaborating with clinical teams to support patient care.

The position requires strong scheduling experience, patient registration knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare call center environment. Training is completed onsite, with the opportunity to transition to a fully remote schedule based on performance after approximately 2–3 months
