Responsibilities include:
• Appointment and scheduling of patients for Dental Services using Dentrix computer software program. • Completing insurance verifications and prior authorizations for treatment as well as processing referrals. • Confirming dental patient appointments and scheduling follow-up appointments as needed per treatment plan. • Ensuring new patient charts are complete prior to visit, • Provide superior customer service in welcoming Health Center patients
Requirements:
High school diploma and two years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or medical office environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a team-centered work environment. Opportunity to get further training as a Dental Assistant Apprentice available!
