Patient Access Representative

Job Summary:

Seeking a Patient Access Representative to support the Radiology department with patient registration, appointment scheduling, front-desk support, and handling high-volume phone calls. The candidate will assist patients and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Epic experience required
• Patient access, registration, or scheduling experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume calls
• Strong organizational skills
• Radiology scheduling experience preferred
• Willing to train candidates with the right background
