Patient Access Representative

Provide front-end patient registration and revenue cycle support in a hospital setting.

Day Shift - 8:30am to 5pm M-F (5 x 8s) Imaging Center Must have experience: • Previous medical office, radiology preferred • Great customer service skills • Cerner experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographics

• Confirm insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations

• Collect co-pays and payments

• Maintain HIPAA compliance

• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Healthcare registration experience preferred

• Knowledge of insurance verification processes

• Strong computer and communication skills
