Day Shift - 8:30am to 5pm M-F (5 x 8s) Imaging Center Must have experience: • Previous medical office, radiology preferred • Great customer service skills • Cerner experience a plus.
Register patients and verify demographics
Confirm insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations
Collect co-pays and payments
Maintain HIPAA compliance
Provide excellent customer service
Healthcare registration experience preferred
Knowledge of insurance verification processes
Strong computer and communication skills
