This role is responsible for patient registration, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate patient records while delivering excellent customer service.Job Responsibilities:• Register patients and complete the check-in process for Urgent Care visits.• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient demographic information.• Review and maintain accurate patient records.• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors.• Utilize Microsoft Office and Outlook to support daily operations.• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow.• Follow organizational policies regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.• Perform other front office and patient access duties as assigned.
