Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Schedule patient appointments and procedures accurately with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient flow and resource utilization.
• Gather and accurately enter patient demographic, insurance, and clinical information into the appropriate database to establish a complete and compliant patient record.
• Coordinate insurance verification and pre-authorization processes to ensure financial clearance and reduce out-of-pocket stress for the patient.
• Educate patients on pre-service requirements, instructions, and financial responsibilities, promoting a clear and comfortable experience.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional requirements you'll need:

• Medical Office Proficiency: Prior experience in a clinical or medical office environment is highly preferred, with demonstrated ability to manage patient intake, insurance verification, and scheduling workflows effectively.
• Operational Excellence: Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service while simultaneously multitasking, prioritizing competing demands, and navigating multiple software systems in a fast-paced environment.
