Job Description:
- Coordinate patient appointments, registration, and scheduling in a high-volume call center environment.
- Verify insurance eligibility, referrals, authorizations, and patient demographic information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, providers, and clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in EMR/EHR systems.
- Assist patients with inquiries, patient portal access, and coordination of care services.
- Support clinic operations by handling phone calls, documentation, and administrative tasks.
