Overview:

Plays a vital role in assisting patients with understanding and managing their financial responsibilities related to medical care. Qualifications:

Education:

• Experience coordinating payment plans and financial assistance programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and patient privacy standards.
