We blend high-tech with high touch in ways that are advancing superior health care throughout the communities we serve.Title: Patient Access Services CoordinatorFacility: BayCare Outpatient Imaging - Plant City The Patient Access Service (PAS) Coordinator is responsible for: Performing functions in any or all of the following PAS modalities: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document ImagingProficient in all of the Patient Access Service modalities within the departmentResolves PAS and customer service issuesProcesses payrollMaintains department staffing schedules Assists the manager in providing guidance and direction to the Patient Access Service RepresentativesMay be required to rotate shifts, and occasionally takes on-call responsibilities.Performs other duties as assigned.BayCare offers a competitive total reward package including:

Minimum Qualifications:Required Experience

3 years Related field Education:HS Graduate or Equivalent GED requiredAssociate's Degree preferred

Location: Plant City, FL Status: Full TimeShift Hours: Monday - Friday Hours may vary

Weekend Work: Occasional
