Adecco Healthcare is hiring a Patient Account Associate for our client in Roseville, CA!


Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM40 Hours per Week$32.00-$33.00per Hour


Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Patient Account Associate to join their Revenue Cycle team. If you have experience in healthcare billing, claims processing, collections, and reimbursement, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact while supporting quality patient care.


As a Patient Account Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring timely claim resolution, accurate payment posting, and effective account management to maximize reimbursement and maintain exceptional service standards.


What You'll Do


Process and submit medical claims to commercial, government, and third-party insurance payers


Review, investigate, and resolve denied, rejected, or unpaid claims


Perform insurance follow-up and collections activities on outstanding patient accounts


Accurately post insurance and patient payments


Calculate and apply contractual adjustments, write-offs, refunds, and credits


Communicate professionally with patients, insurance companies, and government payers regarding billing and claims


Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards within revenue cycle operations


What We're Looking For


Preferred Qualifications


Healthcare billing experience


Medical claims processing and collections experience


Knowledge of insurance reimbursement processes


Strong customer service and communication skills


Ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting productivity goals


Experience working with commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers


Preferred Credentials


High School Diploma or GED


Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


Certified Professional Coder (CPC – AAPC)

Pay Details: $32.00 to $33.00 per hour
