    Short Description

    • Verify eligibility with insurance companies.
    • Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding co-pays, deductibles, denials, and Cost of Benefit (COB) issues.
    • Resolve accounts timely and effectively.
    • Provides excellent customer service.

    Experience Required

    1 year healthcare billing experience.

    Education Requirements

    High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

    License/Certification Requirements

    Medical billing/coding knowledge;

    Comfortable with MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

    Excellent oral and written communication skills;

    Ability to successfully interact with insurance carriers, patients, and administration.
