Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate new and follow-up patient appointments (primarily new patients)
Collaborate with MS coordinators to support infusion services
Obtain and upload external medical images and records
Schedule and coordinate referred ancillary services and consultations for both in-clinic and telemedicine patients
Process inbound ARM referrals for review
Enter faxed referrals into ARM
Manage rescheduling requests and Lumeon cancellations
Monitor and respond to Cerner messages (individual and appointment pools)
Handle rescheduling for 60-day bump requests
Update insurance information and changes as needed
Obtain authorizations for add-on services
Medical Enterprise - Non-Clinical Onboarding - Must complete all onboarding requirements prior to the start date, with no exceptions.
