Job Description: Customer Service Representative II Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM The Customer Service Representative II Completes agency reports, attorney requests, assigned workstations, and ATBs accurately. This role works with charity and attorney departments,resolving all issues relating to patient accounts, forwarding accounts to correct departments for account follow-up or updates. Qualifications Experience: 2 + years medical contracts and claims experience. Education: High School or equivalent. Requirements: Experience in hospital acute care payer contracts and explanation of benefits. Articulate with medical insurance terminology. Strong attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking. Strong Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and 10-key data entry skills.
