Job Description
Position Summary:
Insures that all denials are acknowledged in a timely manner and appropriate follow up action is taken
Documents activity in an accurate and timely manner in the patients' account
Provides feedback to management on patterns and problems with payors
Works with payer representatives to address outstanding issues
Ensures all denials are worked in a timely and appropriate manner and that appeals are submitted within timelines
Position Qualification:
HS Diploma or GED
