About the Role:
Join Big Sky Smiles and Sedation as a Patient Advocate, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences and ensuring their comfort. Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for new patients seeking teeth in a day treatment addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Utilized outside resource "dashboards" to monitor and follow-up with patients,.
• Assist patients in navigating treatment options and financial plans.
• Ensure a seamless communication between patient and staff to ensure a successful outcome of treatment.
• Assist patient with financial options for treatment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA regulations
• Collaborate with the dental team to foster a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

• Understanding of dental treatment, especially implants and dentures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficient in using computer dashboards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and advocacy.
