4Ever Young is one of the fastest-growing anti-aging and aesthetic wellness franchise networks in the country, and right now, we are building something that has never existed inside this brand: a centralized booking team designed to support locations nationwide. This isn’t just another call center position. It’s a unique opportunity to join the founding team that will help build, refine, and scale our national booking operation from the ground up. The people we hire today will help establish the processes, best practices, and culture that will support future 4Ever Young locations across the country.
Every patient you speak with has already expressed interest in our services. Your role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by quickly engaging each lead, answering questions, overcoming objections, and converting interest into scheduled appointments. Success here requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, enjoys multitasking across multiple communication channels, and is passionate about helping patients take the next step toward their wellness goals.
Performance is measured through key metrics including but not limited to: appointments booked, conversion rate, speed-to-lead, show rate, call quality, documentation accuracy, and productivity. High performers consistently earn well above their base pay through our appointment incentive program.
What you will do:
Before you apply: this is a dedicated, high-volume booking position designed for experienced contact center professionals. Phone communication is your primary responsibility, but success also requires managing text messages, emails, phone call follow-up, and appointment scheduling throughout the day.
