Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 8/12H night shifts w every other weekend requirement. Unit: Steele 1 - 28 beds on unit. MS TELE unit. Community Hospital. 1 year hospital experience required. Ratios 5:1 days, 6:1 nights. Must have BLS-AHA, Epic experience. The following guidelines apply to all employees. Equipment on unit: Sara Steady, Maxi Move, Sara 3000. Any questions on the appropriate dress for a particular position should be directed to the employee's supervisor. 2. A clean and neat appearance is required of each employee. All Hospital employees are expected to exercise good judgement in choosing the appropriate dress for their function in this organization. It is essential that we display a positive image to everyone who enters the Hospital. Workplace professionalism is required. 3. All employees whose position requires public contact are prohibited from wearing clothing with messaging or imaging deemed as inappropriate, sweatshirts, T-shirts, tops with hoods, jeans or jean material such as jean jackets, or skirts, sweatpants, bare midriffs, shorts, spandex, gym clothes, flip flop sandals or any like article of clothing, see-through clothes, low-cut tops. Dresses or skirts should not be more than 2 inches above the knee. Shirts need to have either collar or sleeves. Shoulder straps and tank tops are not permitted. Employees should also avoid excessive make-up or jewelry which may be offensive. 4. Excessive perfume/cologne/after shave/body lotion or powders should not be worn due to the number of patients and employees with respiratory diseases/problems. 5. Fingernails and facial hair should be well groomed and of a length so as not to injure self, patient or co-worker. Any staff member with direct patient care contact is prohibited from wearing artificial nails. Please follow infection control manuals and specific department policies. Earrings should not hang below earlobe. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months, and in good standing, to be considered (perm, per diem, contract). Locals accepted at a reduced rate***
