As a Patient Care Associate/Nursing Assistant in the Emergency Trauma Center, you will find your purpose providing an array of medical services to care for patients.
Summary
- Critical monitoring, like vital signs and glucose checks - so we can better assess their health
- Transport them to appointments and procedures - to get them the right care at the right time
- Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) - these are things we often take for granted that patients may be unable to, or need help doing, themselves. ADLs include bathing, brushing teeth, toileting and more.
- Additional duties as requested.
Schedule
- 56 hours every two weeks
- Rotating day, evening and night shifts (scheduled for all shifts), 8-hour shifts
- Every 3rd weekend
- Rotating holidays
Pay and Benefits
Starting pay begins at $19.08 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Pay range: $19.08 - $25.30 per hour

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience, including ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), preferred but not required.
