If you have a customer oriented, friendly personality then this position may be for you. You will be required to greet patients with a friendly, professional attitude making everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. You will be responsible for answering a busy phone, scheduling patients, collecting appropriate funds, posting payments to patient accounts, balancing end of day payment report, calling patients to remind them of appointments and sell packages for various services.

Must be able to multitask, answer busy phones and have a good command of the English language with appropriate grammar. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Chrome is required. Other personal skills are tact, patience, attention to detail, sensitivity to patient privacy and security (HIPAA).
