Location: Hoboken, NJ 07039
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (8‑hour shifts)
Additional Hours: Alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Patient Care Coordinator to provide essential front desk support within our practice. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional patient experience and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays an integral part in maintaining clinic efficiency and communication.

Key Responsibilities
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for managing front‑office functions and supporting patient care operations, including:
  • Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Greet patients, confirm appointments, manage forms, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Insurance Verification: Validate insurance coverage, collect required copays, and confirm authorizations as needed.
  • Phone Management: Answer and route incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
  • Triage Support: Prioritize and route calls and messages appropriately based on urgency.
  • Inbasket Management: Process and organize electronic messages, patient requests, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
  • Front Desk Administration: Maintain an orderly reception area, assist with patient flow, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications Required:
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, administrative support, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and patient‑focused
