We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to be the welcoming face and organized heartbeat of our hearing care practice. This role is ideal for someone who values service, attention to detail, and flexibility in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Greet and assist patients with warmth, respect, and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage clinic flow efficiently
Support our Hearing Care Professionals by keeping daily operations running smoothly
Educate patients on next steps, services, and care plans
Accurately handle patient records, payments, and insurance information
Adapt calmly and positively to schedule changes and patient needs
Deliver consistent, detail-oriented work that supports exceptional patient care
A genuine desire to serve our senior population-and enjoy doing it
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Flexibility and a positive attitude toward change
Clear, compassionate communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
Knowledge of insurance and medical billing is a plus
Previous healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred-but not required
Starting wage: $17.00 per hour
Monthly bonus opportunities after 90-day trial period
