Patient Care Coordinator

Monarch Dental in Lewisville, TX is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with people and creating a positive patient experience.

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage daily patient flow
• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
• Verify insurance and review basic financial information with patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and support front office operations
• Help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive office experience

• Dental or healthcare front office experience preferred
• Strong customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

•  Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
