Patient Care Coordinator

We’re currently looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our Midwest Dental team in Manitowoc, WI. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional patient experience while ensuring smooth front office operations. • Greet and check in patients while providing a welcoming, high-quality experience
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to optimize provider schedules
• Verify insurance coverage and accurately communicate benefits and financial responsibilities
• Present treatment plans and discuss payment options with patients
• Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and office communications
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with clinical and office leadership to support office production goals

• Experience in a dental front office or Patient Care Coordinator role
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination
• Experience with scheduling software and dental practice management systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
