Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic flow
  • Verify insurance benefits, request authorizations, and collect co-pays
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with therapists, patients, and leadership
  • Support front-desk and administrative operations
  • Address patient questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and with empathy
  • Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion

  • Familiarity with insurance verification, authorizations, and co-pay collection
  • Experience scheduling appointments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service background with a patient-centered approach
  • Comfort working with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic office software
