  • Ensure supplies remain stocked and the clinic operates efficiently

  • Support therapists with daily operational needs

Marketing & Practice Growth

  • Help create an exceptional patient experience that encourages referrals

  • Participate in internal marketing initiatives and patient appreciation events

  • Assist with social media content, testimonials, and success stories when appropriate

  • Help strengthen relationships with local physicians, gyms, schools, and community partners

  • Contribute ideas that improve patient satisfaction and practice growth

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Loves interacting with people

  • Has exceptional communication skills

  • Is positive, energetic, and outgoing

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Takes initiative without being asked

  • Enjoys solving problems

  • Works well independently and as part of a team

  • Is dependable and professional

  • Wants to grow with a small business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical office, physical therapy clinic, chiropractic office, dental office, or other healthcare setting

  • Customer service or hospitality experience

  • Experience with scheduling and administrative responsibilities

  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software

  • Insurance verification experience is a plus but not required as we outsource billing
