We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our East Burnside team. This role is the face of the practice and plays a key part in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients walk through the door.


The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and enjoys building relationships with patients and teammates alike.



Key Responsibilities


  •  Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth 
  •  Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communication 
  •  Verify insurance benefits and review treatment estimates with patients 
  •  Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation 
  •  Coordinate patient flow and support the clinical team throughout the day 
  •  Assist with patient follow-up and recall scheduling 
  •  Help create a positive, upbeat, and welcoming office atmosphere 
  •  Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Schedule

  • Monday 7:30-5:30 
  • Tuesday OFF 
  • Wednesday 7:30-5:30
  • Thursday 7:30-5:30
  • Friday 7:30-530

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  •  Previous dental or healthcare front office experience preferred 
  •  Experience with dental software systems preferred 
  •  Strong communication and customer service skills 
  •  Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented 
  •  Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment 
  •  Positive attitude and willingness to learn
