Patient Care Coordinator - Private Practice

• Greeting patients and creating a warm, professional first impression
• Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Maintaining accurate patient records using Sycle practice management software
• Assisting with insurance verification and patient paperwork
• Coordinating front office workflow and supporting day-to-day administrative operations
• Working closely with the practice owners and Office Manager to ensure an exceptional patient experience

• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an audiology or medical office is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of medical insurance and billing is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service experience and a willingness to learn
