Cornerstone Dental Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Quincy, Illinois. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the welcoming face of the practice.

 

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the daily operations of our office.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $17–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients in person and over the phone
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Check patients in and out efficiently
  • Collect patient payments and assist with billing processes
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance claims
  • Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Support overall patient care coordination and administrative operations

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent computer and telephone skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
  • Prior dental or medical office experience preferred
  • Recent graduates are not being considered for this position
