Patient Care Coordinator

A Plus Dental in Roseville, CA, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and patient-focused Front Office / Patient Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who brings a great personality, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for all patients
• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments effectively
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with care and efficiency
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing and financial discussions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Educate patients on treatment plans and financial options
• Help support orthodontic scheduling and coordination when applicable

• Strong customer service or hospitality experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, upbeat personality with a team-first attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
