Patient Care Coordinator

At Midwest Dental supported by Smile Brands, we believe exceptional patient care starts the moment a patient walks through our doors. Our Weston office is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about creating positive experiences and helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout every visit.

As a key member of our front office team, you'll create a warm and welcoming environment while supporting patient scheduling, communication, insurance coordination, and the day-to-day operations of the practice. No dental experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right candidate with a strong customer service background and a positive attitude.

• Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and a positive first impression
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow to support an exceptional office experience
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with questions regarding coverage and payment options
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service
• Support treatment acceptance by helping patients understand next steps and financial arrangements
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
• Partner closely with doctors, hygienists, and team members to deliver seamless patient care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive, professional attitude and a collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow—we're happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others.

•  Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
