Pay: $15+/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
Seeking a dependable Patient Care Coordinator to assist patients and support daily office operations. This position will answer phones, assist customers, complete data entry, and help ensure patients receive friendly and professional service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient needs as required.
  • Assist with daily office and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Clean background required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and professional.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
