Summary:

Leads the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care unit. Proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability for outcomes. Provides 24 hour/ 7 day accountability care for assigned patients. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
