Your Day-to-Day
Provide clinical supervision to ensure patient care meets professional standards, agency policies, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of patient care services
Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Maintain effective communication with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and both field and office teams

What We're Looking For
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state
Experience in a home health or home care setting
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred, with at least two years in a leadership capacity
Knowledge of professional nursing standards and best practices
Understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
