Your Day-to-Day
- Provide clinical supervision to ensure patient care meets professional standards, agency policies, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of patient care services
- Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Maintain effective communication with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and both field and office teams
- Drive quality outcomes by achieving departmental goals and contributing to performance improvement initiatives
- Serve as a role model for professionalism and organizational values
- Ensure compliance through required training, accurate reporting, and participation in audits and reviews
- Promote a safe work environment by following established safety protocols
- Support staff development through coaching, mentorship, and continuing education opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state
- Experience in a home health or home care setting
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred, with at least two years in a leadership capacity
- Knowledge of professional nursing standards and best practices
- Understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality patient care, compliance, and team development
