What You'll Do<\/b>
<\/div>
As the Patient Care & Practice Coordinator, you will partner directly with the physician to ensure exceptional patient care while supporting the day -to -day operations of the practice.
<\/div>

<\/div>
Responsibilities include:<\/b>
<\/div>
• Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit
<\/div>
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
<\/div>
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
<\/div>
• Perform blood draws, vaccines, and CLIA -waived testing (training available where appropriate)
<\/div>
• Process patient memberships, billing, and lab charges
<\/div>
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
<\/div>
• Coordinate medical records and patient follow -up
<\/div>
• Manage office supplies and daily administrative operations
<\/div>
• Represent the practice at community events and health fairs to educate prospective patients about Direct Primary Care
<\/div>

Compensation<\/b>
<\/div>
Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.
<\/div>
Employees who successfully complete the 90 -day training and probationary period will receive a formal performance review with the opportunity for a compensation increase based on demonstrated performance, competency, and contribution to the practice.

Required Qualifications<\/b>
<\/div>
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting
<\/div>
• Strong customer service and communication skills
<\/div>
• Excellent problem -solving and critical -thinking abilities
<\/div>
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
<\/div>
• Strong administrative and data entry skills
<\/div>
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast -paced environment
<\/div>
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
<\/div>

Preferred Qualifications<\/b>
<\/div>
• Medical Assistant, LPN, RN, or similar clinical background
<\/div>
• Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn (training provided)
<\/div>
• Experience with patient billing or lab charges (training provided)
<\/div>
• Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) experience
<\/div>
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
