How youll make an impact in this role

• Support patient independence and comfort by assisting with daily living activities and personal care, ensuring a dignified and positive hospital experience.
• Protect patient safety and mobility by safely aiding with movement, transfers, and positioning to prevent injury and promote physical recovery.
• Champion proactive patient advocacy by observing and immediately reporting any physical, mental, or emotional changes to the nursing staff to ensure swift clinical interventions.
• Document patient care journeys accurately and efficiently to maintain high-quality records that keep the wider care team informed and aligned.
• Maintain healing environments by keeping patient rooms clean, orderly, and stocked with functional medical equipment to maximize safety and efficiency.

What minimum requirements youll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
