How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Uphold patient dignity by providing essential support with personal care and daily activities, ensuring a respectful and comfortable environment for healing.

  • Support physical rehabilitation by assisting with safe patient mobility and positioning to enhance recovery and prevent clinical complications.

  • Act as a vital link in the care team by observing and communicating changes in patient status, allowing for rapid and effective clinical responses.

  • Enhance unit efficiency by organizing patient spaces and preparing essential medical supplies to ensure the clinical team can focus on care delivery.

  • Promote high-quality care outcomes by accurately recording patient observations to provide a clear and reliable history of the recovery journey.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Aide preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
