Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity and women's services, ICU and cardiology services in the advanced cardiac catheterization lab.Learn About a Day in the Life of a PCT: Supports the organization's mission, vision and values.The nursing assistant also assists the licensed personnel.In addition, the medical/surgical nursing assistant assists patients with activities of daily living, basic nursing care needs,and maintains a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse.The Nursing Assistant performs age-specific care as appropriate.Responsible for manning the nursing station and performing clerical and receptionist duties. Job RequirementsHigh School graduate or equivalent. Must be able to provide basic nursing care to patients of all ages; neonates to geriatric population.Preferred Job RequirementsPrevious work as a nursing assistant or completion of a nursing assistant training program.
