Applicants who meet the minimum requirements for employment at Baxter Health may be interviewed and selected for one of the available Patient Care Tech Residencies. Generally held on a monthly basis.

• Patient Care Technician

Residents are paid an hourly wage while attending classes.

Minimum Position Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (CRC) certificate.
