As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) on our Med/Surg team, youll play an important role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care that helps patients feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout their hospital stay. Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, youll make a meaningful difference by providing direct patient care while contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to support patients comfort, dignity, and well-being.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and daily living activities.
• Observe, document, and communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Support nurses with clinical procedures and other patient care activities within your scope of practice.
• Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record.
