Job Overview
As a PCT on the Observation Unit, you’ll work closely with nurses to provide handsâon care to patients who require shortâterm evaluation, treatment, and monitoring. You’ll assist with hygiene, mobility, vital signs, documentation, and compassionate bedside care — including support for patients nearing the end of life. Your steady presence and attention to detail help ensure patients feel supported during a critical window in their care.
