HireNow Checklist
We are seeking a candidate who:
Has personally supported people through sensitive, complex situations.
Can demonstrate more than behind-the-scenes administrative experience.
Keeps records, paperwork, samples, appointments, and communications organized.
Recognizes when a question requires clinical escalation.
Communicates with empathy while maintaining clear expectations and boundaries.
Is comfortable building processes and adapting as the organization grows.
Can meet the San Francisco onsite requirement without employer-funded relocation.
Seeks a long-term, hands-on position with potential for leadership growth.
HireNow Standout Candidates
Nurse navigators, nurses with substantial patient coordination responsibilities, patient advocates, and patient services professionals are especially relevant to this opportunity. Oncology, cell therapy, and complex treatment-program experience can strengthen alignment.
Applicants from outside healthcare should provide specific examples of managing emotionally sensitive conversations, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and maintaining accountability for complex cases.
Candidate Fit & Screening
Direct ownership of sensitive patient or client conversations is essential.
A purely administrative background without meaningful patient or client interaction does not meet the role's needs.
This opportunity is intended for candidates seeking an ongoing internal role rather than a consulting engagement.
Frequent, unexplained job changes; jumpy résumés are not accepted. Please explain short-term roles and distinguish completed contracts from voluntary departures.
Professionalism, empathy, adaptability, and dependable follow-through are central to selection.
Location & Work Authorization
HireNow Staffing primarily recruits candidates residing in the advertised area or within commuting distance. Applicants must be able to meet this role's San Francisco onsite requirement; relocation assistance is not available.
This position expressly permits consideration of visa sponsorship and transfers. Candidates requiring immigration support may apply and should clearly state their current location, work authorization, and sponsorship needs.
Apply With HireNow Staffing
Submit your résumé highlighting your patient or client coordination experience, examples of sensitive communication, academic background, and ability to work hybrid in San Francisco. Include compensation expectations, availability, and any sponsorship requirements.
A recruiter will contact qualified candidates by phone to help arrange an interview with the client if expectations and requirements are met.
HireNow Staffing Disclaimer
HireNow Staffing handles candidate information confidentially throughout the recruitment process.
